@kellabyte their helm chart has a nice sidecar which deploys dashboards from configmaps, or just add stuff to dashboardProviders in values.yaml. tl;dr it's funky if you deploy dashboards from helm

How do people automate deploying Grafana dashboards? I’m so confused that this doesn’t work.

Why is exporting and importing Grafana dashboards so wonky? I export the JSON then hit the /api/dashboards/import API with it on a freshly installed Grafana instance and I get a “failed to save dashboard” error with no indication why. Am I doing this wrong?

@CesarPicco @tableau @RodyZakovich I really wish this worked when publishing to our server at work. Just tried it, no error message or anything, it just opened like the extension wasn't present. Guessing we're blocking whatever external connection this or other extensions require to work :(

I've been playing around with TabCSS when I had moments today, focusing on Z levels. I wanted to see if I could get close to the look and feel of a design that I saw into a @Tableau dashboard. @RodyZakovich knocked it out of the park with this extension!

@aleksizy @AirbyteHQ @wrike @meltanodata I tried stitch back then a while but run into some issues and give up. maybe they evolved since then, but I would not recommend it

@aleksizy @AirbyteHQ @wrike wrt singer based products I heard many good feedbacks about @meltanodata , but never tried myself. The MIT license and the number of connectors are a great plus. However, it is too python centric for me, you simply cannot write fast code in python no matter what people say.
