AOC’s previous home in Yorktown Heights. This is publicly reported information. Her dad bought it for $150K over 20 years ago. Her mom sold it for $355K in 2016. It’s now valued over $500K. Homes nearby range from $600K to $800K. AOC is no Bronx girl. She’s privileged.

AOC is getting lambasted for falsely saying she grew up in the Bronx. She actually grew up in Yorktown Heights of Westchester County in New York. Westchester is affluent. It already was when I grew up there years before AOC. The truth is she grew up as a rich spoiled brat.

@Angry_Staffer But information war isnt the same as physical war. There is no “battlefield.” There is only money and ideas. Twitter makes money because of how many people use it. Tank usership, tank the company, prove whatever ism this is unprofitable to shareholders. Thats an idea.

I’ve talked to several folks who say they’re planning to leave Twitter because of things Musk has done or will do. That’s completely your decision, but I have to stress again that we don’t win the information war by ceding the battlefield.
