I have question? A child's name was not protected there and whoever leaked the document committed a crime. But the question I want to ask is why is a disciplinary issue at one school being distributed to all provinces of the country?

Dollarisation. Zimbabwe has two-tier health system and a two-tier education system reflecting on the Public service heathy system and private health system born out of the multicurrency system. The lucrative dollarised private health system which milking from the Public Health system is now being run by corrupt doctors neZviGananda. It’s a mess.

The @CityofBulawayo is the only city in Zim with a clear position on the arts. They are at an advanced stage to have an arts policy, if they don't have it already. I don't understand its recent clash with arts event organisers. Is there something we are not understanding?
