アメリカとイランの了解覚書。 ホルムズ海峡は開放されるとのことだが、米側の逆封鎖解除が明確な文章なのに対し（4）、イラン側の封鎖解除は曖昧さの残る書きぶり（5）。 とりあえず実施状況を見る以外ないだろう。 #ホルムズ海峡
