No, you can't deport them without hearings because you're in a hurry. No, you can't pretend due process doesn't exist because you decided it's inconvenient. That's not tyranny. That's the Constitution finally catching up with your cruelty. The parole authority you're pretending Biden "misused" has been on the books since 1952. Every president has used it. Reagan used it. Bush used it. Trump used it to bring in Afghans and Ukrainians. But when Biden used the exact same authority for brown people, suddenly it was a crime. Your entire worldview is just deciding which laws apply and which don't based on who you hate that week. That's not legal theory. That's a tantrum dressed up in a tie. You've never created anything. You've never built anything. You've never contributed anything except misery and division.
