A lad born in Mogadishu but living in Dublin is not more Irish than an Irish American.

"Ireland didn't colonise anybody, but they're on track to be minority Irish by 2070. And I don’t like that." Ireland fought for centuries for its land and independence from the British, only to throw it away in a few decades for “diversity”.

@Tame_E_Coyote @LonghairPart2 You’re still not understanding the point. Let me explain again - the vast majority of ‘Irish Americans’ are far further removed than 1st/2nd gen. They have no real link to Ireland so yes, they are far less Irish than someone living here regardless of where they were born.

Most of the "Irish-Americans bad" talk is cosmopolitan Irish in NYC/LA equivalents like Dublin. Bunch of Stavros O'Halkias, who hate America & love their girlfriend's onlyfans. Never spoken to an Irishman from outside there who wasn't happy I take pride in my heritage
