❌ No new products. Industry is recycling existing infra to serve the institutional segment.
🏦 RWA was everywhere. The institutional bridge is being built.

Watched @pcbo's conversation on @miguel_milhao podcast this week and it hit different.
His take on what gives humans an edge in the age of AI (judgment, story, and reach) inspired me to write a blueprint for building AI-native startups from scratch.
The founders who will win aren't replacing humans with AI. They're building companies where AI is the foundation, not a feature.
