One of the biggest issues a HS strength and conditioning coach has to be able to address today is mobility even before weight lifting. So many kids don’t have the proper mobility to squat, deadlift, or clean.

How does your offense change between the starter and the viable backup? For example, our starter can run the entire offense, however, since our backup is actually the starting corner he’s more successful without using FS/BS concepts (Houston, Army, 14/15).
