Pretty much all data is against you, but that is moot because in the US there's a constitutional amendment that says the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed so there's really no arguing with anyone about that other than the court. Even if I were to pretend to be on your side, I would still say you have to attack the amendment.

The reason is that you can't have a well regulated militia if the right of the people to keep and bear arms is infringed. Again, you don't like the 2A. It's OK to admit that. But you're obviously trying to act like you're pro 2A when you're clearly against it. It's embarrassing. Just admit you don't like it. The annoying part (which works pretty well, btw) is that you pretend not to understand it so that you can infringe while saying you don't. The effectiveness of your arguments from ignorance have not gone unnoticed.
