Reform taxation to include rich farmers, Bollywood honchos masquerading as 'entertainers', BCCI masquerading as a 'charitable organization' & various other schemes created to benefit the rich in evading taxes. 9. Establish public infrastructure maintenance liability. Infra creation to come with a 50 year mainetenance liability. No additional funds to be given to MP/MLAs for it. Funny, isn't it, that old heritage infra still stands, while my local roads need repairs twice in a year! Why should hardworking taxpayers bear all the brunt @PMOIndia?
