The other day I was asked by an Administration official what my priorities would be for release of UAP information. I replied as follows:
1) UAP Space Data
UAP detected in space, either in orbit or entering and departing the Earth’s atmosphere. I believe we have such data yet nothing of this kind has been released. We have numerous systems performing space surveillance, including the world’s most powerful radars. The power, sophistication and range of those systems leads me to believe they must inevitably collect and track UAP.
2) Satellite Data
This is another category of UAP data that has not been released to date. I’ve seen some of this imagery and what I’ve seen was impressive. Although typically highly classified, under present circumstances, with pressure from the White House, it may well be possible to release some or all of this overhead UAP data.
3) UAP Data from the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System
The old Ballistic Missile Early Warning System has been continuously updated since the end of the Cold War to its current condition. These are believed to be the most powerful emitters on the planet. Further, numerous UAP encounters have clearly occurred within their areas of coverage. For example, during the Nimitz incident numerous UAP were descending from roughly 80,000 ft to 20,000 feet, in mere seconds, for several days, directly in front of the powerful strategic radar at Beale Air Force Base. Yet, none of this data has been released. Data from each of these systems could appreciably add to our knowledge of the UAP phenomenon.
I’m hoping they have the latitude and determination needed to come clean with this information.

Disclosure Day was was a let down. Character development and depth was nonexistent. The dialogue sounded like they ran 8 years of ufo podcasts into ChatGPT and asked it to write a script. CGI was cheesy. No explanation of NHI origin or intents.

New Department of War UFO files release FBI-UAP-PR001, “Triangle Orbs,” Northeastern United States, 2021" In November 2021, at approximately 0500 local time in the northeastern United States, an eyewitness observed a bright light source near the horizon at an estimated distance of 2,000 feet. The light source initially appeared as a single intense luminous object before resolving into multiple lights exhibiting erratic rotational motion relative to one another. The object slowly moved laterally from left to right during the encounter. The eyewitness captured the video with a hand-held iPhone 12 Pro, resulting in unintended camera movement. The location was well known to the eyewitness and is sparsely populated.

In regard to the newest UFO video over a pond that was dropped today, it appears that there is some evidence that a fire was videoed that night.
According to the information below, there was a fire pit near the water but after some time after the incident in November, the investigators inspected the area in December and stated that “there did not appear to be any evidence of recent burns as the ground was blanketed with leaves”.
It does not state that they removed the leaves in the area to inspect if there were burn marks underneath. Leaves can fall and pile up real quick in a short amount of time, especially if there is heavy winds or rains/storms.
Could very well have been a campfire that also reflected in the water from the angle of the video was taken. I also still think boat on the water night fishing could still be a possibility as well.

So, apparently this is a new UFO video from “October 2024 at approximately 1851 local time in the northeastern United States” released per the White House, vetted by the FBI, but the information and video is terrible. Supposedly the object is: - below the horizon - hovering 2,700 ft above a pond - supposedly changing shape and “luminosity” - supposedly separates into another light source - apparently hovers for “45 minutes” above the water but doesn’t show a reflection - taken from someone “highly credible” with an iPhone and only altered to protect the person’s identify. You really can’t make anything out from this video. Parallax playing an issue as the camera is so far zoomed in and the person recording moving the phone but the software in the phone is trying to stabilize the object. Idk but it looks like someone might be videoing a fisherman doing a little night fishing with a weird angle from the cameraman and some parallax making it appear the object is hovering. @MickWest @flarkey @kyle_ferriter

IF these CR/RE programs exist in a WUSAP security structure, wouldn’t AARO still only be allowed to brief the appropriately cleared members of Congress, and both AARO and briefed members of Congress would still have to publicly deny the existence of such programs?

The March 2024 AARO reports were transmitted to Congress (classified) and the public (unclassified) with approval of the no. 2 officials in the Dept. of Defense and ODNI, if not higher. The AARO reports categorically denied government possession of proof of extraterrestrial visitation, possession of ET technology, etc. This was a clear denial issued on high official authority, and in response to an explicit and detailed recently enacted statutory mandate. Dispute its honesty or accuracy if you will, but it is just silly to say that the Executive Branch did not come out and deny the essence of the David Grusch claims.

By statutory law, AARO could demand access to any program at any level of classification and it could not lawfully be denied (although Tim Phillips once said that the Deputy Secretary of Defense had to intervene in one case to achieve compliance).
The point here is that the categorical negative findings were presented to Congress not just on behalf of AARO, but on authority of the no. 2 officials in DoD and ODNI, as the Executive Branch's answer to an explicit statutory command. If it was a lie, the authority for such a lie could only come from higher still, and I think no cabinet secretary would authorize such a lie on his own (and I am aware of zero evidence that President Biden or his agents authorized any lies to Congress on this subject).
The notion that the Deputy Secretary of Defense and Principle Deputy Director of National Intelligence authorized those denials to Congress because, you know, the non-human craft might not be "extraterrestrial" (from the stars) but interdimensional or ultraterrestrial or time travelers or some other thing, so gee it wasn't exactly a lie -- that is the kind of premise that should be laughed out of court even on UFO Twitter. If there is really a government-sponsored program in possession of nonhuman craft and alien bodies (I tend to doubt it), then what Congress received were lies, and from very high levels of the Executive Branch--not word games.

Possessing a craft or even biologics isn't actually illegal. There's no law against it. So the whistleblowers are really hanging their case on funding, that money got misappropriated to hide these programs, which is what Grusch alleged. But that's the Catch-22. You can't prove the funding crime without describing a program buried in a WUSAP, and describing it is the violation. And if you're wrong and the money was handled legally, you've just blown a real SAP to Congress and you're the criminal. Only Trump waiving the NDAs gets anyone out of that.

One does not dismiss a bipartisan gathering on the Capitol steps featuring whistleblowers of Grusch’s caliber and legislators of both parties demanding elementary transparency, as the death rattle of a weary movement.
Rather, it is the stubborn pulse of a republic insisting that its government answer to the people, not shroud profound questions of national security and possible non-human intelligence in perpetual classified twilight.
Fatigue is the refuge of the easily bored; persistence, the hallmark of those who suspect the truth is too important to be left gasping in obscurity.
The movement is not desperate for relevance rather it is determined that relevance NOT be denied.

Bottom line: There is no mystery at all to UAPs. Speilberg's film will be stupid because he is stupid and did not consult with me before he made of fool of himself with serious people who do understand what's going on with UAPs. Every one in USA attempting to control the UAP narrative is equally stupid about the technology and the weapons. POTUS is misinformed by "crooks and loons" in the words of CIA officer Ronald Pandolfi PhD (UCLA).
