Ok, The Tsaritsa is hyped, but it is NOT EVEN CLOSE to what Raiden was back in the day.
Also the hype is vastly different in mood this time around.
The tsaritsa feels imposing and "immovable", while Raiden felt impossibly dangerous. We also knew very little of her at the time.

Cyno sealed the god remains, he did not put them in there.
Segments always had different personalities.
Fatui members could and SHOULD always be considered unreliable narrators, especially Childe as he's the inexperienced and newest one.

@MurderofBirds_ There def was some rewriting involved, especially when you compare to the manga (That Dottore segment, Cyno putting the god remains into Collei for example) and Fatui members voicelines about each other being inconsistant with other material (”unreliable narrator” doesnt save it)
