@RishiAlwani Makes sense, it should be an opt-in. Pretty sure that's how they're going to implement it, as an option to enable photorealistic lighting, because it really does change the tone of the game

@horrorvisuals @Ruedefaux @koeitecmoeurope 2 hours in, I'm loving it but they should've modernized it like SH2 remake. There's a lot of intrusive tutorials which can be a turn off for modern gamers.

FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE I'm 8 hours in and it's been great so far. Love how the environment looks and sounds. They did a great job remaking Minakami Village. 👻📸

@SophiaNarwitz The most pretentious game ever made. The "philosophical" concepts are as shallow as a puddle. It treats completely obvious and solved questions as some deep intellectual mystery. And the midwit playerbase slurped it up anyway.

@DanielOlimac Xbox has overall better features like quick resume, play anywhere, fps boost, etc. Sony pulled some great marketing to win the console race.

I chose the Xbox version for Resident Evil Requiem. Why? Quick Resume. Personally, this has been THE feature of this generation for me, and the main reason why I play most multiplatform titles on Xbox. I struggled with this one, knowing the PS version is better (on consoles, with the Pro), but the convenience of Quick Resume remains unmatched and makes that much of a difference. For me at least. This feature isn't talked about enough, and it's a damn shame that neither the Switch 2 nor PS5 have it. (I own all consoles)
