Gender dysphoria is not a sexual paraphilia. Trans people’s sexuality is no different from non-trans people’s and includes heterosexual, lesbian, gay, and bisexual orientations. Projecting a sexual addiction onto trans individuals simply for being trans says more about your likely secretive sexual problems. Your obsession is creepy.

People don’t even realize how much the language of progressive ideology took over transsexual healthcare. “Valid” is a great example. They shut down conversations all the time by accusing you of saying people are not “valid.” Valid is not medical language. It’s political language. I am interested in getting people the right healthcare by looking at their symptoms, examining the nature of their gender distress and matching it with what we know about treatment. “Bottom dysphoria” is another great example. This is online political language. Progressives can scream, but someone’s desire for vaginoplasty is an important signal about the level of their gender distress. It’s not the only one, but if someone is desperate to have vaginoplasty, it’s a pretty good statistical bet they’re going to benefit from HRT. Progressives want to flatten all gender non-conformity to the same thing. It is not. These are very serious medical interventions and they warrant a more adult conversation than progressives want to have.

I did not have a perfectly normal male puberty. I spent most of fifth and six grade cutting myself. I failed seventh grade from depression and had to repeat. My strongest memory of childhood is the taste of the gun oil from trying to kill myself. I shattered and part of me never came back.

Sliding genioplasty cuts your chin off and repositions. I did mine with a round of jaw contouring where shards of your jaw edge are also removed. Then I tightened the skin with Elacor, which removes tens of thousands of microcores of skin. Painful. but a much better profile.
