@bykatewomersley @InductionZesty Yup, and hopefully delegated care will have matured significantly to enable this in future🤞 Unfortunately, i think there will always be a scenario to cater for where digital only won't cut it, for the foreseeable future anyway

@bykatewomersley Hi Kate, we agree at @InductionZesty that letters can be unreliable. Upon our patient portal sign up, your paperless preference is chosen. However, your clinical safety officier will have quite an issue with a default digital approach, and rightly so.

#evri I mean, different name, same inside-job scam using your data.👏

Tom Smith@theEPRguy
Here's a crazy theory @Hermesparcels. I get a delivery from you yesterday followed by 3 scam texts. Coincidence? Or is someone being naughty with your data 🤔

@lloydgprice Maybe the local HSCN or other common network entities. As more Trusts more towards a shared domain strategy, this single point of failure will become more visible when it happens. Was interested to see if this might be the case here, but nope.

The tweet I never wanted to write. The time has come to say goodbye. 5 years to prepare, doesn’t make it any easy. I’m under hospice at home care, & I’m spending my time surrounded by my family. Please buy me a 🍷 to see me out and raise vitial funds. bowelbabe.org ❤️

@maharris98 @Fe_tj Agreed, but I wouldn't say it's "killing the NHS" as the article suggests.
@InductionZesty has been enabling paperless at a number of Trusts for a while now, working with the big suppliers. There seem to be unique hurdles at different sites, but nothing that's stumped us 😇
English

@theEPRguy @Fe_tj Still over £100m a year on paper letters so worth dedicated effort. A small number of big suppliers dominate the market but if you can influence them you can take out big cost. Same for gov.uk citizen comms generally
