One of the recurring themes I observed throughout my Central Asia trip was how unhappy the women are with the local men. Especially Kazakhstan where domestic violence was essentially legal until recently. But also Uzbekistan.
Out of the 30 or so countries I’ve been to, they are also the ones where the gulf in physical attractiveness between their men and women is the widest in my opinion.
Not to mention the women being very nice and kind. Although that could also be driven by their dislike of their own men. Despite being relatively socially conservative, I had more women come up to me and show interest than basically any other country I’ve been to.
