@Jackdavie3 Got to remember that less than 48h before the game, we had to rip-up, reassess, and double guess our team plan. That’s was before our home game - our home advantage was lessened. We then took them to 1-1 and to within 5 mins of penalties at theirs. Fine margins.

@AlfieHouseEcho The integrity of the competition is at stake. A fine is a signal to every other club here’s the price to pay to gamble on cheating in the playoffs. The EFL cannot undermine their own competition in this way and allow Southampton the opportunity to go on and get promoted.

@bensfc4 I think the spygate thing and the hostility of the crowd played a massive factor, we looked shell shocked. With a home crowd massively behind them though I think it will be different.

Spying is allowed by the rules. Doing it 72 hours before the kick-off isn't. If there was evidence of #SaintsFC breaking the 72 hour rule why haven't other clubs complained? Obviously the other clubs we've done it to, aren't as well managed as Boro & they don't know the rules
