@Knightly_Hist Fun fact, it was actually intended that was released as adaptation but someone in production messed up the things and never asked Kurosawa

Fun fact, "For a Fistful of Dollars" is such a play by play rip off of "Yojimbo" that Akira Kurosawa wrote to Sergio Leone: "Signor Leone, I have just had the chance to see your film. It is a very fine film, but it is my film." He sued him over copyright infringement, and won.
