Instead of searching for a million dollar idea just find out what your wife pays for and make a slightly better version.

Most “bad ideas” aren’t bad. They’re just launched too late, overbuilt, or aimed at the wrong person. Execution is everything.

AI didn’t kill creativity. It exposed how much of our work was just repetition. Taste and judgment are the new differentiators.

The biggest mistake founders make is chasing complexity because it looks impressive. Users don’t reward complexity. They reward clarity.

Pricing shapes more than revenue — it shapes behavior and long-term value. Monthly plans lower friction and make it easy for users to say yes. The commitment feels small, which helps adoption, but it also means users leave more easily. Growth is steady, but churn has to be managed carefully. Annual plans change the psychology. Paying upfront signals confidence and commitment. Cash flow improves, churn drops, and the business becomes more predictable — something acquirers and investors tend to value highly. Lifetime plans optimize for speed. Users feel like they’re getting a deal, and founders get fast capital. But lifetime revenue doesn’t compound, which can limit long-term upside and hurt exit potential. Your pricing model isn’t just how you charge — it’s how your business grows, stabilizes, and is ultimately valued.

f*ck it. I can't control ❌ - signups - trials - MRR 💰 - churn But I CAN control: - marketing - product quality - no bugs - onboarding - retention That's all I'm focusing on 👊
