📍 Un funcionario del Congreso Nacional presentó este lunes una denuncia penal contra el senador Basilio “Bachi” Núñez, actual presidente del Congreso, por presuntos delitos de lesión de confianza, tráfico de influencias y cobro indebido de honorarios.
🔺 Francisco Rubén Penayo Almada, abogado y empleado permanente del Legislativo, acusa al legislador de autorizar contrataciones masivas con fines políticos y percibir bonificaciones millonarias que superan el salario del Presidente de la República.
📜 Según el escrito presentado ante la Unidad Especializada en Delitos Económicos y Anticorrupción, durante la gestión de Núñez se incorporaron aproximadamente 300 nuevos funcionarios al Senado y al Congreso Nacional desde julio de 2024.
👉 El denunciante sostiene que muchas de estas designaciones favorecieron a militantes del movimiento Honor Colorado y sectores aliados, sin realizar los concursos de oposición que exige la Ley de la Función Pública.
