Changed up my workouts and was SHOCKED to see: - I was EASILY deadlifting 95 lbs so I bumped to 105 lbs - I have way stronger calves than I realized - I can hip thrust more than I thought Get ready for shredded me. Just saying. ;)

I feel like I need something at the moment but I don’t know what it is.

Calling out some BS: I make a horror podcast in which we kill 11 out of 14 LEAD PROTAGONISTS. Every time a gay character's life is threatened we get accused of "burring your gays." IT'S NOT BURRING YOUR GAYS IF EVERYONE DIES
