End of the year means all your old babies come back!! So excited when they come say hello! Why are they all so much taller than me!?

Last night was STEAM night and let me tell you…we go big for our community. 20 community partners helped us share a love for STEAM for our families. We gave away 40 prizes, had food trucks, and welcomed 390 students and parents to the school! #STEAM @CobbSchools @STEMcobb

Came back from spring break to a hydroponic FEAST!! 4th and 5th grade hydroponic hero’s have been helping to maintain and monitor this growth this year! We Bagged up the harvest and we leave it in the front office for our families to enjoy! @STEMcobb

We went to the @GeorgiaAquarium today & saw our conservation projects we made in @canva on display! We are so grateful that our partners at the aquarium helped display our work! Little conservationist saving the world!! @STEMcobb @cobbscience @feistyinfirst @Mrs_Duffy1989

2nds creating 5 in. tall 3D shape sculptures, using Timelapse to capture their sculpture’s shadow throughout the day, & editing the video by adding audio to explain why we see shadows & why they move…we work hard in the Nest! #Clarkdale @cobbscience @CobbSocStudies @STEMcobb

Did you know I love teaching writing almost as much as technology? 2nds learned safe research skills, typing, text features, grammar, tech skills through @BookCreatorApp , and HAD FUN! Animal information books were printed because they were too amazing to keep online!

Using @scratch to code how energy flows in ecosystems! Students are working hard to code each sprite and tell the story of the gray bat (an endangered species). We were having fun!! And next up we will find conservation solutions for this species. @STEMcobb
