I've also been incorrectly charged for an "incomplete journey" after tapping out at Llanishen on Mon 8th Dec. When I try to correct this in the app I receive an error. Again, can you advise please?

Hello @tfwrail - you've charged me a "penalty fare" for 09/12/25 when tapping a stewards machine at Queen St because your own barriers were down and that's what we were asked to do? There is no way to dispute this on the app. Can you advise please?

@the_mza Hi there, I'm sorry to hear this. I can confirm this train was been cancelled because of congestion. By making a service pass through a station, it does allow us to recover the timetable quicker than if the services were not altered (1/2)

@tfwrail can you tell me why the 11.23 from LVT to CDF was "cancelled due to congestion" then just sails through the station anyway? Clearly no congestion on the line when he's pelting through without stopping is there?

Hello @thetrainline - I was due to travel to Birmingham from Cardiff today but changed my ticket to tomorrow due to Storm Bert. The original journey I was booked on was cancelled. I've been charged £42 for this though. Is there any way to claim this charge back please?

The only time a DJ even needs a microphone to be in the booth is in case someone is in serious trouble and the emergency services need to make an announcement. Those are the sole circumstances for which a mic is necessary. End of.
