I just ran one of the largest (if not the largest) 3rd party comparison of cold email tool setups to figure out what the best cold email setup is.
600,000+ Emails Sent.
3 Sequencers.
3 Mailbox providers.
Same campaigns, same copy, same lists, and I controlled for every possible variable possible.
To run an accurate test at this magnitude we had to spend >$10,000 in new email infrastructure (to make sure everything was fresh)
I made a 12 page report outlining + a 19 minute video breaking down ALL the results to a scientific level & giving it away completely free.

Think of one person you know in your life, someone that could genuinely benefit from your offer.
Describe their personality:
What they hate
What they fear
What they love
What they are bad at
What they are good at
Boom, you just targeted in on your ICP with sniper like precision.

The main fear people have about cold outreach is the risk to their reputation:
"How can I be sure people won't be annoyed from reaching out to them?"
The answer is softer call-to-actions.
Don't say, "would love to get on a call" or "schedule a call".
You should always provide value and then follow up with a casual question.
"Would this be worth 15 minutes of your time."
"I personalized an outreach script for you, mind if I send it over?"
Add value
Don't be pushy
Sound like a human (not a bot).

Get a positive reply to your cold email campaign?
Call them... Immediately
"Hey, figured it would be best to just talk over the phone so we don't go back and forth over email."
They either agree to talk or they say they can't and it allows you to book in "a better time that works for them"
Win-win.
