@ausvstheagenda He won't be distracted by what the Australian people actually want, he's busy rolling out Labor's globalist agenda.

Treasurer Jim Chalmers says he won’t be distracted by the far-right of politics and is focused on fixing the cost of living, housing and the economy. This comes as inflation spiked today and an interest rate hike is now all but certain for next month.

@mase_the @ausvstheagenda You've created your own argument, read my opening statement, Australian citizenship SHOULD... my inference is that the system is inadequate, not that Labor has changed that system. They have however turbocharged the citizenship pipeline through mass migration.

@theausrepub @ausvstheagenda Firstly, you claim “This government has used it” in relation to these individuals is incorrect as I described. Two, whether it’s long enough or not is a different discussion Three, “Labor rushes them all through” - there has been no change to legislation that supports that

@mase_the @ausvstheagenda Is four years sufficient to integrate into a culture? I've had shirts for longer than four years. Some of them would have earnt the right, others would have made no effort to integrate into the wider culture, but Labor rushes them all through just the same.

@elliev25x @MRobertsQLD Absolutely, we have to fix eduction. The left have 15 years with our kids to shape them, they must be held to account for their bias.

Happy Australia Day!!!!!! Today is a chance to celebrate Aussie humour, pride, love of country and mateship. We're not perfect, however the sooner we end the woke culture that has infected much of western societies - the sooner we return to a united, prosperous nation. I for one will be celebrating this magnificent day. #AustraliaDay #OneNation #PaulineHanson #Celebrate #Pride #Culture #Mateship #LoveOfCountry #Brisbane

@ausvstheagenda Even if THIS government doesn't abuse it, it is still a tool for a malicious future government to use against the people. Do not create tools for tyrants.

Labor Senator Murray Watt says the hate speech bill has been misrepresented and argues the public should not fear the government misusing these powers to restrict freedoms. He insists Labor treasures democratic values and would never use the legislation to crack down on rights.

@AvidCommentator Possibly, or they are seeing the true nature of these groups, protesting anything that is Australia's cultural heritage. People are tired of the moral posturing and the mean names aren't really working anymore. Defiling monuments isn't doing them any favours either.

In January 2023, 47% of Australians supported keeping Australia Day on the 26th of January. In January 2026, 68% support that. I suspect people see that the nation has much more important problems. Chart: The Age

@matt_barrie Yes, it only makes sense if you look at it through the lense of what motivates the politicians. If it were to improve the country, this is completely absurd. If it is to get re-elected, their actions are logical. See the outcome, infer the motivation.

@AvidCommentator Only qualification is a desire to quash Australian culture. At this point im convinced that most of government is just a way to keep unemployment down.

"Death to Australia" This is culture we’ve imported under the name of "multiculturalism" and an ideology that’s been fermented by leftists in our schools. We are simply reaping what we’ve sown.

@AvidCommentator Trajectory is more important than current position. Plenty of kids these days are looking at a very bleak future, certainly worse than that of their parents.

Oh, you don't understand percentages. So a federal voting intention of 7% you could well expect a rise in each state of something similar. If each state rose by 2%, the swing at a federal level would be 2%. Obviously people vote differently between state and federal, but there is likely a very strong correlation.

The State should never be viewed as a monolithic, benevolent entity. It is made up of thousands of self interested individuals looking to advance their station, which often involves expanding their departments or employees. As they have to do this by forcibly taking your money, it can never be a reciprocal process of trade and it is very unlikely to make your life better.

Perhaps it was designed to target those groups, but these are tools for tyrants. They can easily be turned against political opponents and perfectly legitimate criticism. This is why they have the first amendment in the US, it is not for politicians to decide what free speech is.

@MarkoMatvikov Betrayal is anxiety for people. They thought they knew where they stood with him and he represented hope. His single vote meant all those peoples' map of the world was wrong and they now have to scramble to figure it out again. He is rightfully to blame for that.

Andrew Hastie has seemingly become public enemy no. 1 on the right. That’s his cross to bear for instilling so much hope in so many people and then blowing it overnight. But despite this, he isn’t even remotely close to the biggest political threat we face in this country.
