@wyshynski Not surprising at all.. he literally knocked a player out of the series with a dirty late high hit.

This is surprising. Usually when players miss nearly an entire game like he did the NHL sees that as a de facto one game suspension.

@theb4ron 1.5 seconds is an eternity for a player like Brayden McNabb lining up a hit.

Looks like VGK may be without McNabb for at least one more game. Honestly very surprised by this. Do not see how this is a suspendable hit at all. Penalty, sure. Suspension, no way.

This is what's broken about the NHL. Coghlan pops right up after a debatable hit. If he stays down long enough, the officials likely huddle and call a major. If Coghlan suffers a noticeable injury, the major stands.

@JesseGranger_ It was a late dirty hit but there was no intent to injure. I was at the game where Scott Stevens laid out Paul Kariya and that POS should have gotten a suspension.

This typically means a suspension is coming. I’m a little surprised, honestly. I thought the penalty was the right call, but figured McNabb missing almost all of last night’s game would be the punishment.

@TheEXECUTlONER_ If you want to follow the law you fill both lanes and zipper merge when the lane ends. Or you can fill one lane and double the length of the backup and block other streets.

This guy is using the left hand lane , which is open. There is a mile long backup and everyone is over in the right hand lane. He drives all the way up until he has to merge. Some people are saying what a jerk he is for not getting in line like everyone else, but a great many people are saying that the cars in the right lane merged into one lane too soon and that if they had used the left lane, instead of being a mile backup it would have been a half a mile backup. What’s your take? Do you think he was correct in using the left lane and merging up at the front or should he have merged right and got in line way in the back like everyone else?
