If you study engineering in any Nigerian university and you can't do this, please go and burn your certificate. I'm not talking about those who did agricultural engineering.

Hi Everyone, I started my coding journey yesterday. These are the steps i took while starting: 1. I installed Git and set it up using instructions i found on youtube and i studied the difference between Git and Github. 2. I downloaded VS Code to write and edit and my codes. Link it with my github. 3. I downloaded cursor to help assist with the process but I still had to understand what was going on and adjust things myself. I also linked it with my GitHub. -Side note: I also installed node.js 4. Spent the whole day understanding how JavaScript works and how to save my project and push to github The main challenge was figuring out how to structure the UI and manage interactions without everything breaking. Took some trial and error to get the layout and logic to behave properly. 5. I created a vercel account and deployed my first project from github. Successfully built my first game You can check it out here: training-two-chi.vercel.app It’s a fun and addictive game btw. Focused on implementing the movement logic and handling how tiles merge correctly after each swipe. Getting the game-over state and score tracking to work properly took some debugging. Also added a timer and levels. Still tweaking more things.
