Hey @easyJet @easyJet_DE I am disappointed by your service as I was not allowed to board on flight EJU4874 last week because I had a backpack and a handbag. The lady was disrespectful and charged me for an extra cabin baggage 58EUR. Not acceptable. I want to claim a refund.

@DHLPaket I have checked again today and the status has not changed since 16.06 . It has been now 2 months, and I was told at the post office that it would take 20 working days. This is really not a good service. At least tracking the package properly.

@theblossommuse Your parcel left Germany on 16.06. and will be updated after the local carrier in Canada has processed it. There may currently be long transit times ~20 working days (partial transport by ship) due to global pandemic situation. Please wait a little longer. ^SC
