@thebrett We must break the cycle of amnesty bills periodically rewarding those who break our laws as long as they can evade interior enforcement for long enough. This is a major PULL FACTOR for continued illegal migration.

Kindly explain second order effects of the bill which create millions of new voters either through birthright citizenship or a dem admin. Any Dem admin would immediately tweak the bill to give them a pathway to citizenship.

The Dignity Act is a suicide pact for Republicans and treasonous to all that we are working for.
Amnesty is not on the table and it never will be.
Anyone pushing The Dignity Act should be primaried and ostracized.
We will not go down this route.

One of the more alarming parts of the SC discussion in birthright citizenship is that a lot of the counter arguments were what if scenarios not focused on the meaning of the 14th Amendment.
In jurisprudence, we have to get away from that. The meaning of the constitution is the meaning.
