@FrontierCorp, my internet in Fort Wayne has been down since 6 PM yesterday. I was told it wouild be fixed by 2 AM. We're now going on 18 hours without internet. Can I get an update on when this will be repaired? I work from home and it's impacting my work.

@nomadjaden I want you to credit my account back with the $99 you stole from me yesterday!

@nomadjaden If Nomad is unable to give me service then they should refund me a prorated amount of $600 from August and in addition refund me the $99 they charged my account on December 16.

@nomadjaden To whom it may concern, On August 10, 2022- I started service with Nomad internet on the Annual plan. Charged $910 for the year. I had some issues with speed in the beginning but had good customer service and was able to work things out.

@nomadjaden December 16 - I am billed another $99. Please tell me why you think I deserve this type of treatment as a customer when I paid for a year of service 4 months ago?!

@nomadjaden December 4 - I was told I was being sent a SIM card for Verizon to fix the problem. I asked for it to be rushed but didn’t receive it until December 12 (no interest in the meantime). Dec 15 - I finally am able to get internet for the morning. After that it stops working.

@nomadjaden December 2 at 12 pm EST my internet stopped working. I reached out to Nomad Support who contacted AT&T and told me to wait 24 hours and then restart my modem. December 3- I reached out again and was told to wait another 24 hours

Hey @Facebook I have been trying for six weeks to get access to the Meta Business Manager so I can organize our 15+ pages & run ads. But my team mates can't even invite me without receiving errors. Do you have any PEOPLE that work here? Or just bots? Please help! #nonprofit
