No because I don't want a victory lap. I want normal people to not lose their hard earned money. I went through Terra and I know how bad it feels and watching people get screwed over and over is just sad. Trying to convince someone you're fighting FOR them is insanely hard it seems because people naturally gravitate towards these other personalities that promise them riches & the world.

I work with VA reps at an organization that focuses on affordable housing via PBVs and wrap around services. Most of the people within the VA who were ‘DEI’ specialists were basically billeted and moved back to their specific role. So nothing was saved on that front. But PBVs were frozen so disabled veterans will not be able to pay rent on the 1st.. in theory, freezing wasteful spending absolutely makes sense but it’s the broad sweeping freezes that are starting to break shit and strain an already strained system.

DOGE is saving the Federal Government approx. $1 billion/day, mostly from stopping the hiring of people into unnecessary positions, deletion of DEI and stopping improper payments to foreign organizations, all consistent with the President’s Executive Orders. A good start, though this number needs to increase to > $3 billion/day.
