At @TransPerfect I would say this advice applies to all #entrepreneurs and even to people who are just not in those back-office positions—we try to recognize, or thank, or do something to shout out those folks who do the behind-the-scenes work that allows the company to run.

Sales often gets the #glory. And when a big project is sold, often the team that executes it gets some glory. But all too often in business, back-office functions don't get to share in the public glory and #recognition nearly as often.
