When I were to launch a Web3 project i would mainly focus on security. some people say that, data ownership, privacy, cross chain inoperability etc etc are pain points, but i don't think data ownership and privacy are their pain point. In web3 everyone wants to make money, if they are in profit and their money is secure, they are happy and they will support you as well as they'll trust you. As a founder my main focus on project will be: > Security If your consumers data or assets are secure, you are secure and your project is secure. My main focus will be on security, to keep secure consumers assets. > Building Connections with Consumers Did you remember when BYBIT got hacked, what was the main pain point of their consumers? it was, security, consumers money was safe, consumers were happy and supportive to BYBIT. Ben Zhou understands their consumers pain point, and he stay connected with them, and was transparent. He builds strong connections with his consumers. > Build trust Projects runs on trust, if people trust on you and your project they will buy products from you, and invest in you, else no business without trust. To do that, you'll need to provide them value, and be transparent with them. There are many other things to focus as a founder, but trust is everything. Building projects is that easy, anyone with relevant budget can start a web3 project but making it a CULT like HUB needs long term thinking, and consumers profit. If your consumer is in profit, you'll be in profit. First understand what your consumer needs then create product for them. well i have told you my opinions, now tell me what you will do if you were launching a web3 project instead of this airdrop, and ai training project?
