God is always coming to us in human situations to draw us closer to Him. In each moment and situation God is present and wants to deepen our experience. Each moment of life is a sacred moment where God is present. May we keep our hearts and minds always open to God.

Jesus says he is “the bread of life”. Metaphors such as this helps to understand that it is God’s presence that gives life. “Whoever comes to me will never hunger, and who believes in me will never thirst”. This metaphor lets us know that when we connect with God we become alive.

Today we remember St. Joseph the Worker, husband of Mary and step father to Jesus. He exemplified humility and obedience to Gods inspirations, which brought him peace and tranquility. God is always speaking to us throughout the day. Listen with open heart and mind as Joseph did.
