Bro 33,000 steps a day is insane! I did 20,000 a day avg and thought I was doing big things lol. But over all my entire month of April was 309,000 so a little over 10k a day avg which is a first for me. Im now officially lighter then when I met my wife 15yrs ago. Feels great just to type that, lol

Time to shave off excess fat after a year long clean bulk. Current weight: 185lbs Goal: low 170s 10-12 weeks to lose 15 pounds? Easy. Same workouts, same daily step goal, and smaller portions of the same meals. Last day of fun - cut starts tomorrow!

120 days into the Carnivore diet im in my closet taking on the glorious task of having to remove all my 5XL 4XL and 3XL clothes to prepare for donations. Time for a new wardrobe 💪 what a dope vibe!
