@AmericanAir had to go back to cyst service to get a hotel for the night and be on the next flight following day - lost a working day, had to arrange a sitter and the whole entire mess with miscommunication lasted and entire day -original flight was for 11AM #worstexperience

@AmericanAir @ customer service trying to switch our flights the AA cust rep Benjamin after 30min of rearranging told us the flight was back on got $25 vouchers - passed security again - waiting for announcement only to find out the flight was never renewed had to go back 2/3

@AmericanAir worst flight AA0390 originally supposed to be leaving for DFW we never left MEX, on the tarmac for 3hrs with shitty updates re: tech issues- limited bathroom usage and to then being de-boarded onto buses for another hour to then tell us the flight got cancelled- 1/3
