last night i added a really bad feature to this

@raoulsnotes @jessethanley @fredrivett @heroku Restart doesn’t spin up new “hardware” afaik, it might have used to, kill I think rebuilds so might have different outcomes

Is @herokustatus @heroku having a major outage right now?

@jessethanley @raoulsnotes @fredrivett @heroku Had one dyno never boot and was not logging which was harder to determine other than checking logs for specific dyno names

@jessethanley @raoulsnotes @fredrivett @heroku Yeah, our worker stopped reading from the queue and 2/3 of our web were refusing connections, I guessed at scaling and killing and worked for us but care obviously, no idea others circumstances etc

@fredrivett @jessethanley @heroku Just did the cli until success, one worked 3rd attempt, one took 23, eventually got the success

@thedomcs @jessethanley @heroku ah nice, glad to hear! for us every cli command to that server fails with a 503, did you do via cli? or dashboard? both are failing this end

@jessethanley @fredrivett @heroku We scaled up and then killed the original set, including workers and seem to have the issues resolved

@fredrivett @heroku Do you see any activity in your own logs? Any errors? My best guess is the router is down for a % of apps. You may be able to get back up by spamming heroku ps:scale web=1
