PORTFOLIO UPDATE Last year, in November and December, I was targeting R700,000. The markets had other plans. They went the other way, and that's just how it works sometimes. Markets are unpredictable. You can't control them, only your response to them. But this morning I woke up to an all-time high. We finally crossed R700K and we are not stopping there. We are 70%+ of the way to R1 million, with only about R290,000 standing between me and that mark. But let me be honest with you, hitting R1 million is not the most important part of this journey. I've already achieved that milestone in other investments. This challenge was never really about the number. This is about showing YOU what is possible. Investing is more accessible than people think. It doesn't require a finance degree or a huge salary. Platforms like @EasyEquities and many others, have made it possible for anyone to start, grow, and build real wealth over time. Financial education is treated as a taboo in too many households. People don't talk about money. They don't talk about investing. And that silence is costing us generationally. But something is shifting. Seeing young people take part, rewrite their futures, and learn as they grow, that makes everything worth it. This community is the real win. The R1 million will come. Here’s an idea, any chance you get make a turn at the elders/aunties/bonus parents etc with flowers and a small chocolate. Reason I do it is to not go cry the loudest and buythe most expensive flowers for their graves.
