أحيا متحف الهولوكوست في واشنطن، أمس الثلاثاء، يوم تذكّر المحرقة، وكرّم خلال هذا الحفل المانحين داعمي المتحف، ومن بين هؤلاء المصرفي اللبناني أنطون صحناوي. وقد نشر الأخير صورةً على حسابه، تجمعه مع شريكته مورغان أورتاغوس، المبعوثة الأميركية السابقة إلى لبنان. وقد ألقت أورتاغوس كلمةً لهذه المناسبة، شكرت فيها أنطون وعائلته التي «درّبته كي يكون داعماً لدولة إسرائيل»، من دون أن تفتها الإشارة إلى أنّ ما يفعله الصحناوي يُعَدّ مخالفاً للقانون في لبنان، تلك «القوانين السخيفة»، بحسبها. يُذكَر أنّ اسم صحناوي قد سُجِّل كأحد المانحين لمتحف الهولوكوست في الوقت الذي لا يزال مودعو مصرفه SGBL يبحثون عن أموالهم المنهوبة.

You are also a liar because all the videos that supposedly show settler violence are edited and cut. In contrast, the internet is flooded with videos (some self made) of islamic arabic violence.

הסיבה שהתמונה בשער השבועון האיטלקי שפורסמה לפני כמה ימים הרטיטה את הלב היהודי, היא הזיכרון הקולקטיבי, והדימיון המבחיל של התמונה הזאת לתעמולה נאצית - נאצית ממש, לא כסופרלטיב. התמונה החדשה משמאל מזכירה לנו את התמונה הוותיקה מימין (שיש עוד רבות כמותה), שהיא חלק מתעמולת “היהודי כמחלל טוהר הגזע”. האסתטיקה ברורה: גבר מכוער, עם איזה שיבוש, מראה מרושע, וחזות יהודית במובנה הלא-מחמיא, מאיים על אישה יפה, תמימה ומאויימת, ומטריד אותה. מה שמעניין עוד יותר בתמונה הימנית, היא שהיא גרועה פחות מהתמונה השמאלית. אינסטנקטיבית, היא מעוררת חלחלה - אבל למעשה, לא קורה בתמונה הזאת דבר. זה פשוט חייל עם מראה לא נעים מחזיק טלפון מול אישה ערבייה צעירה ויפה שנראית מאויימת. אולי יש פה 'מטאפורה על הכיבוש' - אבל בוודאי אין פה תיעוד לפשע. לכן, אם נעמיק בזה, נבין מה עושה התמונה הזאת: היא מעוררת בנו רתיעה פיזית (כי קטנים ועלובים הם, לצערנו, בני האדם ביחס לכיעור), שהופכת לרתיעה ערכית. אמנם בפחות גסות, אבל זאת אותה הטכניקה של הבמאי הנאצי פריץ היפּלר שביים את הסרט "היהודי הנצחי", בו הציג יהודים לצד עכברושים פשוט על מנת לגרום לרתיעה הפיזית להפוך לרתיעה ערכית. שאפו. לצד הקריקטורה של פוליטיקו, שלפחות הוסרה, התעמולה האנטי-ישראלית חושפת את פניה האנטישמיות בבירור.

The attack occurred just ten hours before the ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel took effect, killing seven civilians, including Cherri’s parents. Based on the digital reconstruction by Forensic Architecture and the documentation by Amnesty International, the complaint emphasizes that the attack on the building was deliberate and holds the Israeli occupation forces responsible for the bombing. These findings reveal a clear violation of international humanitarian law, which requires distinguishing between military targets and civilian objects. Accordingly, the complaint was filed on the grounds of a war crime consisting of a deliberate attack against a civilian target, an offense punishable under French criminal law.

These attacks have resulted in significant civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure. What about that chronology?

As a Lebanese I must insist that it is the IRGC that created this tragedy for Lebanon by instructing its proxy Nasrallah & Co. to launch a war against Israel on 8 October 2023 a day after the terrorist attack of 7 October. Neither the government nor the people of Lebanon approved such a war. In November 2024 a cease fire agreement was signed between Lebanon & Israel calling for the full and resolute implementation of UN resolution 1701 which was passed in 2006! Iran and its proxy in Lebanon stood firmly against its implantation and the IRGC and its proxy fired again at Israel in February 2026. You can’t dismiss the chronology. Propaganda can never obscure the truth. Tragic for Lebanon 🇱🇧

Recently, Israeli forces subjected a one-year-old child to abuse to pressure his father into giving confessions east of Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, according to local and family sources. The child's father, Osama Abu Nassar, suffered psychological trauma after the death of a horse he used for income. While taking his child to buy supplies a few days ago, he was caught in gunfire near his home and forced by soldiers to leave his 18-month-old son on the ground and approach the Israeli checkpoint, where he was stripped of his clothes. According to witnesses, the army then took the child and interrogated the father at the checkpoint. The forces tortured the child in front of his father, including burning with cigarettes on his leg, pricking, and inserting a metal nail into his leg, as confirmed by a medical report.
