the female body is designed to drop progesterone and shed a uterine lining every 28 days yet millions of women spend two weeks out of every month feeling su*c*dal, bloated, and entirely out of control of their own brain. it is a miserable existence and the medical system along with low ability health "professionals" tell you to just "take an SSRI and go on birth control" if only it was that easy lol how i teach PMDD and some steps to make progress with it: disclaimer: fishing around the internet hoping free info fixes issues like this is wasting tons of time and making the issue worse. lets dive in your luteal phase (the two weeks before your period) is supposed to be dominated by progesterone. progesterone is your calming, soothing hormone. it converts to allopregnanolone in the brain which hits your GABA receptors and makes you feel safe when you have PMDD, think of your GABA receptors as being blocked or completely insensitive your body pumps out progesterone but your brain literally cannot feel it. now you have estrogen dominating the landscape AND a brain that feels like it is constantly under attack this is where the cascade starts FIRST, estrogen dominance upregulates histamine in the gut - this directly leads to massive systemic inflammation in women the higher your estrogen in relation to progesterone, the more histamine your gut produces. this is why so many women with PMDD develop extreme bloating, food sensitivities, cant control their anxiety, and have zero energy and this is why 100% of estrogen dominant women have gut issues SECOND, sluggish liver function destroys estrogen clearance not talking about "drinking too much alcohol." we are talking about your liver physically losing the ability to package up used estrogen and send it to the bowel sluggish liver disrupts the methylation pathways. you might be eating clean, but your liver never actually clears the hormone. you wake up exhausted because your body is swimming in recirculated, toxic estrogen metabolites THIRD, it literally tanks your serotonin and dopamine (this is why talentless doctors try to hand out SSRIs like candy) when estrogen is too high and progesterone cannot dock, it creates a massive neurochemical stress response the stress cross links your nervous system and your mood drops, you look older during luteal phase, and your body constantly aches. you think you are "just hormonal" but think of it like this your brain has somewhat short circuited from the hormonal issues FOURTH, it wrecks your gut motility the bowel is packed with estrogen receptors. when your gut becomes sluggish, the bowel is starved for movement and begins to reabsorb everything we call it the "estrobolome" because the connection is so absolute - gut dysfunction causes estrogen recirculation. most women we see every single week are walking around like this. they go to the doctor. doctor runs a basic panel. estrogen is "in range." progesterone is "in range" in range is not optimal. here is how I actually MEASURE what is driving PMDD when your doctor says you are fine 1.Progesterone to Estrogen ratio: this is the most accurate expression of luteal phase health. if your ratio is off, you are estrogen dominant. optimal is having progesterone vastly outnumber estrogen in luteal (i build a calculator for this thats in the link in my bio) 2.DUTCH test - this takes your urine and calculates the actual degree of estrogen metabolism at the cellular level. optimal is pushing estrogen down the 2-OH pathway. if you are pushing it down the 4-OH or 16-OH pathways your cells are screaming 3.GGT (Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase) - the most sensitive enzyme for detecting early metabolic liver stress and glutathione depletion. if your GGT is over 25 U/L, your liver has oxidative stress and cannot clear estrogen 4.Beta-Glucuronidase - this is an enzyme made by bad gut bacteria. it is paradoxically HIGH in gut dysbiosis. optimal is having this very low. if yours is elevated, your gut is unpacking the estrogen your liver tried to throw away and putting it right back into your blood standard medical advice is to shut down your ovaries with a pill. that is INSANE. shutting down ovulation is absolutely horrible; optimal hormone function requires ovulation if you are sitting on birth control you are already hormonally flatlined. your brain is already struggling. gut is fkd AND you're being nutrient starved due to the hBC's effects so how do you fix it? well i cant fix it for free when this is what people pay us for but heres something to start - calcium d-glucarate to block beta-glucuronidase so your gut stops reabsorbing toxic estrogen - magnesium glycinate (300-400mg) to force the GABA receptors open and actually let your brain feel the progesterone - vitamin B6 (P5P form) to clear the excess histamine and boost serotonin naturally without an SSRI - DIM to force estrogen metabolism down the protective 2-OH pathway instead of the toxic ones - progest e once gut and liver is fixed to naturally support progesterone production by optimizing pituitary function and increasing luteal phase progesterone output - Eminent BileBoost. bile is the physical vehicle your liver uses to flush conjugated estrogen into the bowel. if your bile is thick and sludgy, the estrogen sits in the gut, beta-glucuronidase unpacks it, and you reabsorb it. BileBoost thins the bile and forces the estrogen out of your system for good - Eminent Cellular Ignition. your liver requires massive amounts of cellular energy and glutathione to run Phase 1 and Phase 2 detox pathways for estrogen metabolism. Cellular Ignition floods the mitochondria with raw ATP support so your liver actually has the fuel to process the hormonal chaos and stop the luteal phase energy crash - build muscle nothing in life gets worse when you build more muslce - FIX THE DANG GUT AND LIVER AND MITOCHONDRIA HEALTH free assessment in the bio with a dialed resource specific to you unlocking immediately after. find out what youre missing out on

Listen, I don’t want to sound dramatic but this is the serum I would have KILLED for in my twenties. This is exactly why people accuse me of having had plastic surgery so keep that in mind. The one the industry should have made decades ago but they were too busy profiting from products that don't work. Aurabiōm is finally here (I’m screaming!!!) Here's the problem: most peptide serums can't actually get past your skin barrier. They just sit on top of your face, oxidising, doing absolutely nothing. You've literally been paying for expensive decoration, not skincare. If your peptides can't reach your cells, they're not skincare. They're a scam (most are unfortunately). Aurabiōm uses diamond-stabilised delivery and microencapsulation: two technologies that actually get peptides THROUGH the barrier and into your cells, where they can do something. What's inside: 💙 Diamond-stabilised pentapeptide: Protects the formula from breaking down so it actually works when it reaches your skin. 💙 Microencapsulated copper peptides (GHK-Cu): Finally, copper peptides that penetrate. These signal your cells to repair and rebuild collagen. 💙 Matrixyl® complex: Proven to boost collagen production and reduce wrinkle depth. 💙 Pycnogenol®: An antioxidant 20x more powerful than Vitamin C. Truly slept on. 💙 PBN Spin-Trap antioxidant: Catches free radicals BEFORE they damage your cells—not after. This one's special. 💙 4D Hyaluronic Acid: Hydrates at multiple skin depths, not just the surface. Clean formula. No fragrance. No endocrine disruptors. Nothing that's going to mess with your hormones or spike your cortisol. 12 months to formulate. I refused to make another pretty bottle that doesn't work. AURA IS LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could say just one thing on my deathbed, it would be… Run, don't walk 💙💙💙

Psychology says some people avoid socializing not because they hate people, but because they can read them too well. They walk into a room and immediately sense the fake laughs, the hidden agendas, the performances. Their nervous system doesn't misread the signal, it just refuses to ignore it. Small talk feels like a tax they didn't agree to pay. Forced smiles cost them energy that takes hours to recover. They're not broken. They're calibrated differently. They don't avoid people. They avoid emotional labor that leads nowhere. When they do connect, it's deep, intentional, real. No masks. No games. Fewer friends doesn't mean loneliness. It means higher standards. That's not antisocial behavior. That's emotional intelligence.

Elon Musk just made every skill you’ve ever earned sound like a waste of time. Musk: “Down the road with a Neuralink, you can just upload any subject instantly. You wanna fly a helicopter? No problem. Any given skill, you just upload it instantly.” Not faster learning. Not better education. Instant upload. The surgeon who spent 12 years learning to cut. The pilot who logged 5,000 hours learning to fly. The attorney who gave a decade to case law. Their entire advantage erased in a software update. We built civilization on one assumption. That knowledge is earned through suffering. That the distance between who you are and who you want to be is measured in discipline and years. Neuralink doesn’t close that distance. It deletes it. And what that kills isn’t employment. It’s identity. We don’t just use skills. We become them. Ask a surgeon who they are. They don’t say “I work in medicine.” They say surgeon. Ask a pilot. They say pilot. The identity was never the skill itself. It was the cost of acquiring it. If everyone can upload surgery in seconds, no one is a surgeon anymore. The skill still exists. The meaning behind it doesn’t. For centuries we told ourselves that mastery is what builds character. That the hardest thing you ever earned is the closest thing to purpose you’ll ever find. Neuralink doesn’t threaten your career. It threatens the story you tell yourself about why your life matters. The question nobody wants to sit with isn’t whether Musk can build this. It’s who you are when the thing that took you 20 years to become can be downloaded in 20 seconds.

When people ask me why I - Relentlessly block people instead of engaging in “thoughtful discourse” - Almost always refuse to just “hop on a call” with almost everyone - Will never go “grab lunch” with someone I’m not STOKED about hanging with I think of this TS quote. You owe no energy or mind space to anyone that you aren’t actively trying to raise, love or serve. Your time, energy and mind space is very finite.

Someone compiled the actual CS curriculum from MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, and Carnegie Mellon into one free GitHub repo and it has 67,300 stars. It's called awesome-courses and it links directly to lecture videos, assignments, and exams from courses universities charge $80,000 a year to teach. No certificate at the end. Just the knowledge the certificate is supposed to represent. Organized by subject: Systems, AI, Theory, Security, Compilers, Databases, Programming Languages, Distributed Systems. Every entry tells you the school, the professor, and exactly what materials are available before you click a single link. Coursera charges $49/month for recorded versions of courses that are already free. This repo is the original. 67.3K stars. MIT License. 100% Opensource. github.com/prakhar1989/aw…

Under the directives of the President of the UAE, we launch a new government model. Within two years, 50% of government sectors, services, and operations will run on Agentic AI, making the UAE the first government globally to operate at this scale through autonomous systems. AI is no longer a tool. It analyses, decides, executes, and improves in real time. It will become our executive partner to enhance services, accelerate decisions, and raise efficiency. This transformation has a clear timeline. Two years. Performance across government will be measured by speed of adoption, quality of implementation, and mastery of AI in redesigning government work. We are investing in our people. Every federal employee will be trained to master AI, building one of the world’s strongest capabilities in AI-driven government. Implementation will be overseen by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, with a dedicated taskforce chaired by Mohammad Al Gergawi driving execution. The world is changing. Technology is accelerating. Our principle remains constant. People come first. Our goal is a government that is faster, more responsive, and more impactful.

Amazon just got caught running a secret price manipulation operation with Levi's, Home Depot, Walmart, and many more. Every time you "comparison shopped" online, you were looking at prices that were already rigged. Here's what happened: Amazon would monitor prices on Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Chewy in real time. The second a competitor listed a product cheaper than Amazon, they'd contact the brand directly and tell them to "fix it." And the exact emails are now PUBLIC. Amazon sent Levi's links to two Walmart listings with the subject line "styles of concern." They basically said the prices on Walmart are too low and we have a problem. The next day, Levi's responded: "I talked to Walmart and they have partnered with us to take Easy Khaki Classic fit back up to ladder SPP price, $29.99 immediately." Levi's literally called Walmart and told them to raise the price. Because Amazon told Levi's to make the call. Walmart complied. Then Amazon matched the HIGHER price. Both retailers ended up charging more. The customer paid extra. Nobody competed. Same playbook with Hanes: Amazon sent them links showing Target and Walmart prices were lower. Hanes confirmed they "reached out to Target and Walmart to have the prices increased." Target increased the prices. Walmart increased the prices. Amazon kept their margins. But it gets even worse... Amazon told Allergan (the company that makes eye drops) that their product was "suppressed" on Amazon because it was cheaper on another site. Allergan responded: "Walmart got their price back up to $16.99." Amazon then unsuppressed the listing. They did this with pet treats on Chewy. Furniture on Home Depot. Products across dozens of categories spanning YEARS. The mechanism is simple but terrifying: If you're a brand and you sell cheaper on Walmart than on Amazon, Amazon suppresses your product, removes you from the Buy Box, buries you in search results, and effectively makes you invisible to 300 million customers. Brands can't afford that. So they call Walmart and Target and say "raise your prices or we'll lose our Amazon listings." Walmart and Target comply because they need the brand's products. Amazon captures 40 cents of every dollar spent online in America. That gives them the leverage to set prices across THE ENTIRE internet. Not just their own platform. So turns out, you were never comparison shopping. You were looking at a coordinated price floor set by Amazon through backroom phone calls between brands and their competitors. "Amazon is working to make your life more unaffordable." 3 separate antitrust trials are now scheduled for 2027. The FTC has its own case. 18 states plus the DOJ are piling on. This is literally happening during the WORST affordability crisis in a generation. Groceries up 25% since 2020. Housing unaffordable. Wages flat. And the largest ecommerce company on Earth has been secretly coordinating with brands to make sure you can't find a cheaper price ANYWHERE. "Competition" in retail is just a fantasy.

Ricky Gervais on 60 Minutes Makes a Crystal-Clear Case for Free Speech He put it perfectly: the great thing about freedom of speech is that I can say what I want, and you can say you're offended, and I get to decide whether I care or not. Because let's be honest, there's nothing you can say that someone, somewhere won't find offensive. That's why blasphemy laws are so absurd, they're basically trying to protect an all-powerful deity from having its feelings hurt. At the end of the day, we should be free to criticise any idea. Just because you're offended doesn't automatically mean you're right. Spot on, Ricky. Free speech isn't about never upsetting anyone, it's about the right to speak anyway.

You wouldn’t believe how many arguments I have had over the years about LiDAR. Including this year at NVIDIA’s GTC with a founder of an autonomous vehicle company. It adds needless cost to the vehicle and makes them look ugly. Thank you for laying it out. Again. @elonmusk just replied saying he knows LiDAR very well. The thing is he needed to get millions of vehicles on the road to collect the data to make a vision-only approach work. Which took years and was way too risky. The other automakers knew this but couldn’t see a way to do that so gave up. The bet on LiDAR will keep other robototaxis more expensive. Which will eventually doom them. Teslas are smoother at driving than Waymo’s or others too. My wife’s smile shows Elon made the right choice💕

Most people think of philosophy as an abstraction that doesn't touch the real world, but they're wrong. Most real world problems are philosophy problems, and most philosophy problems are "giving things the wrong names". For example, if you call feral drug addicts "homeless people", then you can't solve the problem. You can only buy more houses for feral drug addicts to destroy. In this case, we called the police and courts the "justice system". But they're not. They can't be the justice system. The function of a justice system would be to give everyone what they deserve. Now, I deserve a hundred million dollars, a private Caribbean island, and a foot massage from Lauren Bacall in her prime, but I don't see the "justice" system lifting a finger to correct any of this, do you? No, what we are supposed to have is a public safety system. The function of a public safety system is to keep the public and their property safe. If we understood that, we wouldn't care about what criminals deserve. We would care how likely they are to do it again. Or something worse. In a public safety system, retardation and mental illness are not migrating factors. They are the opposite. Because they mean that the criminal is more likely to pose a future threat. We all understand this. We all understand that the feral retard who stabs strangers on the train for being White and beautiful is a worse person than the man who murders his wife and her lover when he catches them in the act. Not because of some abstract calculus of moral agency, of who is disadvantaged and who isn't, but because one is certainly going to murder more people if he can, while the other is a lot less likely to. We've known for centuries, if not millennia, that it's the same small percentage of people doing all the robbing, raping, and murdering, over and over and over again. And we've known for centuries that if you physically remove them from society, that's 100% effective in stopping them from doing it again. The only hurdle is philosophical. Call it a "justice" system, and you have to argue endlessly about morality and redemption, and then some leftie thug-hugger weaponizes your own Christianity against you. Call it public safety, and you confine the argument to likelihood of reoffense. Then you are in the realm of statistics. Which you can compute. It all starts with naming things correctly, according to their actual nature.

Value is not a physical thing To all the people who think bitcoin can’t have value because it’s not tangible... Tangible assets constitute the following percentage of the Mag7 market caps: Nvidia: 0.66% Apple: 1.38% Tesla: 4.06% Microsoft: 7.29% Alphabet: 8.39% Meta: 9.56% Amazon: 16.28% Combined weighted average: 5.79% If you liquidated all of these companies’ physical assets, they wouldn’t amount to 6% of their valuation. There have been days in which the market caps of these companies have moved by more than the total value of their physical assets. If 94% of the value of the most valuable companies on earth is non-physical, then value does not have to be physical. If digital things have no value, then you should have no problem with giving me your computer to erase all the data from it. I will return your computer to you in the same exact physical form. I will just press a few buttons that remove all your data, photos, and contacts, and make it impossible for you to restore them. If value can only be tangible, then all of these digital things have no value, and you shouldn’t mind me deleting them as long as the devices return in their original state. I don’t think you would. Technology, data, business knowledge, customer base, brands, and so much more are non-physical assets whose value likely exceeds that of all the planet’s physical objects and land. This is something most people understand in their daily lives, but because most people have no understanding of money, they do not understand how it applies to money, too. Most people think their money is physical, but in reality, most fiat currencies today are 90%+ digital, and usually less than 10% of the supply is physical paper money. There are no stacks of dollars in your bank sitting in a box under your name, available for you to pick up at any time. A tiny fraction of the money is physical, and the rest is digital, manufactured in various quantities by your bank, government, central bank, and other pedophiles, in quantities based on pure vibes. People still give this non-physical fiat money value because it is the only money they can use with a bank account, since governments only license banks that use their local fiat shitcoin. There is no need for the money to be physical to work; digital fiat money works as well as physical fiat money; or as badly. Bitcoin is an entirely digital money, but it is given value for far more intelligent and peaceful reasons than fiat money. You can read more about that in my books The Bitcoin Standard and The Fiat Standard, which you can buy from Amazon or TheSaifHouse.com. A common objection to bitcoin’s value is: “But if people stop believing in the value of bitcoin it can lose all value.” But that is true of everything. If people stop believing in the value of gold, it would lose value and just become another worthless rock. If people stop believing in the value of electronic devices then Apple and Nvidia go to zero. If people stop believing in the value of Manhattan, then all Manhattan real estate goes to zero. If people discover that tomatoes are poisonous, they stop believing in the value of tomatoes, and the entire planet’s tomato industry goes to zero. Just because something is physical does not guarantee its value, as we can see from the infinite amount of sand and rocks on our Earth left completely untouched by human hands. Physical things can be valueless and non-physical things can have value. Value and physicality are two independent things that are orthogonal to each other. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are unable to benefit from the world’s most advanced money and best saving technology because you are unable to see that value can be non-physical in this one instance, when you have no problem seeing it elsewhere.
