i always thought @TheGeneralAuto was a scam as a kid because the CGI in their commercials looked like a bonzi buddy style computer virus and now that they have stolen $80 from me i know my gut feeling was right

@TheGeneralAuto You tell me what type of claim rep try to contact the person that hit me & not the actual insurance itself! I provided all the information the other driver and the rep didn’t even contact the insurance company but cancelled my claims instead because he couldn’t do his job!!!!

For anyone looking for car insurance i would strongly advise against @TheGeneralAuto. Part of the reason I signed up was @SHAQ and his story with them but they are by far the worst insurance company I've had. #carinsurance #Insurance #avoidatallcosts

@TheGeneralAuto I'm a customer, I had a car impounded in an accident. It's been almost two weeks with no word from my agent. They're on vacation and my car is just racking up fees. Why wasn't an agent who wasn't on vacation assigned to me?

PSA @TheGeneralAuto is a SCAM Your client rearended me. Police report was filed no one contacted I reached out to company find out there was agent a claim number and after three callsvoicemails agent finally sent message blocked me after I sent the photos and estimate for repair
