My homegirl has been in comedy for 17 years. She even was hired to write jokes for the Tom Brady roast. I went to L.A. to watch her do "roast battles." I told her I didnt wanna come back cause roast battles are literally NO HOLDS BARRED jokes. But then I found out even roast battles have rules and the comics know what is off limits BEFORE THE BATTLE. So anyone telling you that "oh its comedy, you can say whatever" is lying. That's NOT how it has ever worked.
