This young woman believes not only that jailing rapists is “not the solution for whatever is going on in their hearts.” She then admits she’s been raped and doesn’t know if jailing her rapist would change “whatever is even, like, in my own heart that contributed to that experience.” She seems to be confirming the very misogynistic idea that women are at fault for their own rapes.
