So what I'm getting from this is that she's not equipping him with any resources that will make his life easier because she refuses to acknowledge his disability.

This woman has a medical service dog for an ADA-recognized disability. She is in a store where the store director is asking her to leave because he doesn’t like that the dog is not fully vested. They argue back and forth, and she apparently has a medical episode because of it. Does the store have the right to refuse service to anyone, or can she sue over the refusal?
