اثنين من زملاء المرحلة المتوسطة، الأول اكمل حياته و دراسته في الرياض، وحصل على درجة الماجستر، وتوظف في إحدى القطاعات الحكومية، ثم انتقل لإحدى شركات القطاع الخاص، وهو الآن مدير تنفيذي، يقضي تسع ساعات في عمله، وساعة ونصف الساعة في الطريق للعمل، سيارته "اسكاليد" ويسكن فلة "تاون هارس" زوجته تعمل في إحدى الهيئات، ولديه ثلاثة أبناء في مدارس خاصة، أكبر ابنائه في الثالثة والعشرين من عمره لم يتزوج.
الثاني اكمل حياته في إحدى المحافظات، وتخرج معلم في المرحلة المتوسطة، وتقاعد مبكراً قبل عامين، سيارته "قراند ماركيز" نظيفة، يملك منزل (٥٠٠ م) ومزرعة واستراحة صغيرة، ويتاجر في وقت فراغه ببيع الحلال (الغنم) ويطقطق في سوق الاسهم، زوجته ربة منزل، ولدية سبعة أبناء، أربعة منهم تخرجوا من الجامعة وثلاثة متزوجون ولديهم أبناء.
برأيك أي الزميلين استثمر سنوات عمره، واستمتع بزهرة شبابه ؟

My boy Shredder is getting very old. He's nearly 19, and after being a fat boy most of his life, he's getting bony now. Has early stage kidney failure, and some dementia. He's not entirely "gone in the mind," but he gets confused a lot, and wants to be near me or on me all the time.
So he gets whatever he wants now. I bring him food wherever he is, on my bed, on the couch. He gets a heated blanket wherever he wants it. If he wants the food on my plate, then he gets to share it with me. As long as he eats that's what matters.
I love him and it's sorrowful to know he won't be around much longer. I'm gonna love him up until then.

I’m so proud of my 5-year-old daughter.
Yesterday, she was at the park when she noticed a little boy sitting alone on the swings, looking sad. Without hesitation, she went over, sat beside him, and asked if he wanted to play. She didn’t rush him, didn’t push... she just stayed with him until he felt comfortable.
Later, we found out that he’s new in town and has trouble making friends. His mom said he usually hides away, worried kids will tease him for being shy.
The boy’s reaction?
“She smiled at me and didn’t laugh when I was nervous. I felt safe, and I actually played for the first time today!”
It doesn’t matter where someone comes from, how they talk, or how shy they are. Kindness changes everything. One small act can make a world of difference.
Most kids won’t get this. Most adults won’t either. Too often, the world rewards cruelty, ignores loneliness, and teaches empathy is optional. That makes her courage rare... and all the more important.

A nurse I used to work with got fired so suddenly it didn’t make sense. She was always the first one on the floor and usually the last one to leave. She picked up extra shifts when people called in sick, trained new hires without being asked, and even brought food for the team during long rotations. Patients would literally ask if she was working because they trusted her that much. One afternoon she got called into HR. Ten minutes later she walked out with red eyes, holding a small box with her things. Management told everyone she had an “attitude problem.” No warnings. No write-ups. Nothing. A few weeks later we found out she had reported a senior doctor for making comments about her body and asking personal questions that made her uncomfortable during shifts. He’s still there. Still respected. Still mentoring younger staff. Still laughing in the hallways like nothing happened. She lost her income, her routine, and the career she worked years to build. All because she spoke up.

The jury acquitted Erica Pereira da Silveira Vicente of aggravated homicide after accepting she acted in legitimate defense of her 11 year old daughter.
The 42 year old mother rushed home to their Belo Horizonte apartment on March 11 2025 after seeing disturbing messages and found boyfriend Everton Amaro da Silva 47 on top of the girl with his pants down. She drugged him with clonazepam then stabbed beat castrated and burned his body with help from her teenage son.
Prosecutors argued the victim was unconscious when attacked but the 2º Tribunal do Júri sided with the defense after one day of testimony. She had confessed immediately and led officers to the knife.
