We the doctors of CPS who were admitted into our courses through the proper channels were supposed to have our exams on the 15th of April 2025. The repeaters have been waiting for around 2 years and the freshers for 1.5 years. The sheer mental agony of dealing with this constant uncertainty and pressure, has made us utterly helpless. Jobs lost, marriages broken, depressive and anxiety episodes. Even after constant efforts by the students to get a resolution - we have recieved no support whatsoever. This is a HUGE failure on the part of the system - that has left 2500 perfectly capable doctors wasting away. We just want out exams. Can the doctors of CPS atleast get an estimated date for how long we have to put our lives/careers on hold - till the education system can get a grip and figure things out? How strange is it that students are not allowed in for being even 1 minute late for the NEET Exam, but when the exam papers get leaked, the education minister doesn’t even lose his job..!?
