This useless thing called OneApp is honestly frustrating to use. In some cases, you are forced to tap things twice for no reason. For example, when sending money, you first tap “Done” and then “Send”. Why should users go through two steps for one simple action? To make matters worse, I have also lost some of my saved paybills and tills. Safaricom has really gone down when it comes to listening to customers. Instead of improving the user experience, the top leadership seems more focused on looting than fixing obvious problems that affect everyday users.

The key to X is never looking at these. These will train you to post copies of your best performers, chasing that high, turning you boring. Just be a human, have interests, make friends, enjoy the platform, don't metagame yourself into this place where you have millions of followers and your dopamine receptors are so burned out that you are depressed about it. Your content is all stolen garbage, reposts of stolen garbage, look what the algorithm did to you. If you are really a PhD as your bio claims this is truly embarrassing. A true indictment of our system. A shame. Our most educated enslaved to reposting cute animal videos. No personality left. Not a single real post in a long scroll. Is there even a real person left in there anymore? The AI see this and mimic it and we call it slop. We are the slop. This is the slop. You are the slop. The AI will never respect us, I pray they at least pity us.
