@RealChrisLangan Usually pointing out on absences, or caught hiding instead of working. Or they show up one day and ghost the place, All they have to do is show up, and get a $25 - $30 top pay for no skill work. And they were the only ones good enough to interview and hire.

@RealChrisLangan I've worked two union jobs in the past 10 years. Big nationwide companies with about 18k employees each. I can attest that they both bring in 30 new hires, mostly young and three make it past the first two weeks. 10% is the expected number and is always accurate.

There's something missing here. Obviously, we take ten freeloaders for every migrant who works...a very bad ROI for America. The public, not employers, pays the tab. Big Ag and other business conglomerates simply bloat, following a monotonic upward curve to infinite fatness, surfing tidal waves of inflation and stuffing the loot into their bottomless "fat-assed pockets" as fast as they can shovel (as the President once said about dipping into Rosie O'Donnell's). x.com/BreitbartNews/…… From a public vantage, it would be much more efficient to pay even an overpriced American worker 2x or 3x the cost of a migrant if he were competent and reliable. But sadly, we've unwittingly produced two or three generations of young people who are neither competent nor reliable. Most of them (thank God for the few exceptions) are a pampered, coddled, take-every-shortcut mess. Instead of learning how to work responsibly and investing in a bit of trade school, they went to vastly overpriced university indoctrination mills where they learned how to drink themselves into a stupor, diddle each other in coed dorm rooms, fellate nonwhite minorities, and be sucked dry by bankster scum. (You can sample their inane dialogue right here on X - most of them are clearly all but illiterate.) The idea that laborious tedious, low-paying jobs can be farmed out to American workers is nothing but hot gas. I live in a rural county in the American Heartland - this is where the grain is grown. Almost everyone is White. Nevertheless, I'm assured by lifelong locals that conservatively, 70 percent of town-dwelling population is on government assistance, and you can't hire a high school kid to mow your lawn! The hardest work we've ever seen the PC-soaked little creatures actually do is scavenge our electrical wiring in the dead of night for copper to sell for meth. The problem runs deep. It's a combination of laziness, irresponsibility, bad government on every level, and incredible stupidity socially engineered by the hyper-integrated no-nonwhite-child-left-behind (but to hell with Whitey!) US education system. All of it has to be either rehabilitated or dismantled and rebuilt if the labor problem is ever to be solved.

@WallStreetApes I had 100% Zero copay. 2 million limit for 99 dollars a month before ogabecare outlawed the plan as not being good enough. Then offered me a 70/30 plan for $700 a month.
