The selection committee either needs to admit that they need to look at the selection process or just come out and say that they only want high majors. VCU wasn’t even in the field without winning the A10 tourney. They just beat UNC. Add it to Miami (OH) and High Point already…

Drake was 30-3 last season with wins over three P5 schools and a KenPom rating in the 50s. They were basically told they wouldn't have gotten in if they lost the Arch Madness Championship to Bradley. It's broken

If 31-1 Miami don’t get in with teams like Auburn, Texas, etc getting in, then one bid league mid majors are being told they have no chance to make the tournament unless they play and beat like four high majors. At that point, unless your program needs the money, there’s no reason to even play non league games. Stay healthy for the games that actually matter since that’s your only chance.

@JackGodar So if Lehigh (as a low major example) goes undefeated and loses to a q4 team in their conf tourney do they belong? Mcneese St? Any low major? They’d all likely have the same number of quad 1/2 wins as Miami.

I don't care what conference you're in or what your strength of schedule was or what your predictive metrics are, if you go undefeated during the regular season, you deserve to make your division's national championship tournament. If Miami doesn't make the NCAAT, it's a travesty

@EvanMiya Are the changes the bubble teams being collectively “worse” though, or more that the top 5-10 teams have been pulling away from everyone else?
I guess are the bubble teams that much worse when compared to a typical 5-7 seed, or is it just everyone falling behind the top 3 seeds?

Based on how much worse the average bubble team is compared to the top teams in the sport, we can rank the worst bubbles in the last 15 years.
