All museums should be free for everyone at all times. All public transit should be free and convenient. All colleges and universities should be free. We can do this by taxing rich people (who will still be rich, which seems to be everyone’s preference?)

Yesterday I used my Medi-Cal card to get myself and a friend into the Asian Art Museum for free. It also works at SFMoMA, MoAD, the de Young, Conservatory of Flowers, Legion of Honor, and many more SF museums and attractions. Poor people a) deserve art b) are not failures.
